Systems Administrator Tools Primary Responsibilities: Research new technologies to increase efficiencies in the company.

Lead research and implementation of new ERP system Create tools based off of ERP system to allow the business to run smoother. Implement requests for customization of ERP system. Devise ways to introduce new functionality to current systems.

Oversee the installation and configuring of new systems, customizing them for the organization. Maintain infrastructure within our facility, including network, hardware, and other technical support. Systems Administrator Tools Secondary Responsibilities: Troubleshooting and solving IT problems for internal customers, and to train on IT related topics.

Keep current systems up to date. Systems Administrator Tools Qualifications: Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science or related field: or equivalent work experience Any technical certifications a plus Self-starter, proactive on implementing efficiencies within the business. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving ability Strong interpersonal skills to assist non-technical individuals with complex technical issues.
